Managing acoustics in an open-plan layout with hard floors, while ensuring the lighting was suitable for prolonged screen work yet warm enough to feel inviting.
Our Response
We introduced acoustic felt panels as a design feature, paired with warm oak wood and layered, non-harsh lighting. Desks were treated like communal dining tables rather than workstations.
