The Brief
A penthouse apartment needing an outdoor entertainment area and an interior that felt continuous with the expansive terrace.
The Challenge
Creating a seamless indoor-outdoor transition and managing the intense evening sun on the west-facing terrace.
Our Response
We used custom-poured terrazzo flooring that flows continuously from the living room out to the terrace. We added a slatted pergola and dense planting to filter the harsh sunlight.
The Result
A spectacular, cohesive penthouse where the boundaries between inside and outside disappear, perfect for Bangalore's beautiful evening weather.
